How to select a good supplier or a good cooperator?

Firstly, it must be a legal company or factory. 

Secondly, it should have a good reputation and always abide to their compact. 

Thirdly, it should have the best hard equipments such as: advanced and safety manufacturing facilities. And further more, it should have the better soft equipment such as the rich experience technology and the advance administration talents who can offer the best service to the clients for their aim . 

Fourthly, if the supplier should own their manufacturing lines: from weaving bands, dyeing color, printing and fixing then to be products, It will have the more abilities to manufacture the high efficiency ,quality and more competitive products.
